Shipping Policy
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery occurs between 10 to 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on the availability of the carrier and the destination. We apologize for any delivery delays that may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or due to transit delays by the carrier.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.
What are your shipping costs?
We have a flat shipping fee of $2.99 USD for all worldwide destinations.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary adjustments to your order. For more information about our destination countries, please contact us at service@dxygreman.com.
How can I change my shipping address?
The address can only be changed by 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. You can contact us at service@dxygreman.com to request such changes.
Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, this is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
