How do I place an order?
To place an order:
- Complete adding items to your cart.
- You can proceed either through our website checkout or PayPal.
- If you wish to proceed via our website checkout, please click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
- If you wish to proceed via PayPal, please click the PayPal button.
- You will be directed to our customer details page. You will be asked to provide the following details:
- Email address
- Name
- Address
- If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click "Apply" to calculate and apply your discount to your order.
- Continue by clicking "Proceed to Shipping Method." Ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address (if it differs from your billing address). Once completed, click "Proceed to Payment Method."
- You will need to enter your payment details. You have the option to indicate that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable.
- After filling out the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be directed to a page with an order summary and a screen confirmation, and you will also receive a second confirmation via email.

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect products were delivered?
For missing or incorrect items, please contact us at service@dxygreman.com. Provide your transaction number (order number) and send us proof (image file should be under 1MB). We will be happy to send you the correct item at no extra cost, and we do not require you to return the incorrect item! You can keep it as a gift from us.
How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.
I want to change the items I ordered. What should I do?
Changes to your order are possible on the same day as the order, until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT). You can contact us at service@dxygreman.com to request changes.
How do I add items to my cart?
To add items to your cart:
- Go to the product page for the item you're interested in and select your preferences for the item.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button, which will redirect you to the "Cart" page.
- Enter the desired quantity of the item in the "Quantity:" field next to the image of the item. Once you've entered the quantity, you can either continue shopping or proceed with your order.
How do I see what’s in my cart?
To view the contents of your cart, click the cart icon at the top of the website. Once you click this icon, you can easily change the number of items you want to purchase by updating the quantity. You can also remove any item from your cart by clicking the "Remove" link under the quantity field.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the "Cart" icon in the top right corner of your screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you've identified the item you want to remove, click the "Remove" link under the quantity field. The item will be automatically removed, and the page will update to reflect your changes.
How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my cart?
Click the "Cart" icon in the top right corner of your screen. This will show you all the items in your cart and the quantities selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired amount. Once you do this, the quantity and associated price (if applicable) will automatically update, and the correct amount for both the quantity and cost will be displayed on the right side of your screen.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept four types of credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I pay with PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. Once you’ve finished adding items to your cart and are ready to complete your transaction, click the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Make sure you enter the correct details for a fast and smooth payment process.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a discount code, follow these steps:
- Select the item you want to order and click the green "Checkout" button.
- You will be redirected to our customer details page. Fill in the required information.
- You will see a "Discount" field at the top right of the page.
- Enter the discount code and click "Apply." You need to check that the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing that it has been reflected in the breakdown shown below.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Please refer to our return policy for returns. Our customer service is available around the clock. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?
Order cancellations are allowed on the same day until 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT). Cancellations are not accepted after that time. You can contact us at service@dxygreman.com to request a cancellation.
Is online ordering secure?
